The Bylaws of Early Bird
We, the members of Early Bird of Handong Global University, pledge that we will all keep these bylaws, and we all agree to these bylaws of Early Bird of Handong Global University.

Article I
As members of Early Bird :
The members do their best to participate actively in Early Bird.

Article II
As members of Early Bird :
The members will wear their Early Bird uniforms at each gathering.
1. There are Early Bird hoddies for every fall semester and Early Bird T-shirts for every spring semester.

Article III
As members of Early Bird :
The members will participate in practices
1. All members can participate both Early Bird and Night Bird programs.
2. If members cannot participate the programs for some reasons, the members have to let the president
or vice-president know about them.
3. The reasons have to be reasonable.

Article IV
As members of Early Bird :
The members shall attend all regularly scheduled Early Bird meetings

Article V
As members of Early Bird :
The members follow the Wake Me Up System (WMU System). The Executive Board that includes the President, Vice President, and Manager, determins WMU groups.

Article VI
As members of Early Bird :
The members will provide an "InBody" form to the Executive Board
1. The members turn this in twice : in the beginning of the semester and at the end of the semester to track their progress.

Article VII
As a member of Early Bird :
If a member has more than 6 abesnces, he or she will be expelled from Early Bird.
